***RE LISTED DUE TO TIMEWASTER! PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOUR GONNA TURN UP** Peugeot 306 GTI-6 I bought this off a friend, as he had the intention of breaking it for spares. The only reason he was breaking was because he thought he would get more money for it in parts than as a full car. I thought it too much of a shame to see it get stripped, especially with it being “Nile Blue” so i came to a mutually agreed price and bought it. I have since put it through a fresh MOT so it now has 12 Months test. I have also gave it a good clean up also (although i’m sure there’s people out there will do better :p ) It has a few niggles that need sorting, which makes it a nice project for someone. Basically, the steering column trim is held on by electricians tape, as the previous owner had it off to replace indicator stalks and relays, as it had no indicators. Turns out it was fuse No.30 that had blown. Replaced that and it works! Some of the bodywork needs a bit of attention, due to scuffs and dents here and there. The main ones i’ve noticed are the tailgate has scratches on it, and the off side rear quarter has had a “paint-less dent repair” carried out. Its slightly noticeable, but not an eyesore! The front end is stone chipped also and a few odds and sods here and there. The alloys have been painted Matt Black and look ok, although not perfect. All Tyre’s are of good depth. The exhaust sounds great, but could do with adjustment as i think its sat on the chassis somewhere as it vibrates a little through the lower rev range. The heaters don’t get massively hot. I think the heater matrix is partially blocked, as the pipe into it gets hot, but the pipe out doesn’t so much. That said, the car does not overheat and there isn’t water in oil or oil in water. My friend has a trade policy so has ran this round town for the past few days for me to check its all smooth. We have also had it up to temp and through all gears with no problems. I have been told it had an engine fitted with approx 85-90k on the clock, however there’s no proof of this so i cannot confirm. I have also been told it had a rear axle rebuild with 21mm ARB but i have no proof/paperwork. The interior is generally good, with the usual wear to the drivers seat (See images) The battery has been re-located to the boot. Although not my “Cup Of Tea” it works fine. Its lowered all round and handles really well. Its a stiff ride, but not uncomfortable in my opinion. It Has Team Heko Wind Deflectors, A Stainless Steel De-cat Exhaust and Black Mask Headlamps Fitted! I am selling this as a roadworthy project, hoping for someone to continue to get it back up to scratch. Please don’t come expecting it to be “Showroom Condition” i have tried to be as fair as i can with my listing and information. Peugeot 306 GTI6 I bought this around 3 months ago as it was local to me and I had one exactly the same 10 years ago and fancied another. However I’m soon going to be losing storage space and with an Alfa and a company car to find homes for as well, this is going to have to go. It is in very good condition for its age and has obviously been well looked after. It’s had a new clutch (nice and light, not set in concrete like they usually are) and a new cambelt in the last year, a service and a battery. When I first got it it was fitted with an old induction kit which was making it run a bit lumpy so I binned this, sourced a the proper airbox setup and fitted that – it’s just missing the cold air feed from the grille. It has a discrete stainless exhaust fitted, not very loud but just enough and has been lowered approx 40mm including the rear beam. It has 4 Toyo Proxes all with good tread, the wheels have been painted graphite (couple are slightly scratched) and at some point someone has fitted phase 3 rubbing strips and lights (this is a phase 2) which finish it off nicely. The interior is leather & alcantara and has no rips or tears and again is very good for the age. Also very unusually for a 306, the aircon is in full working order and the remote central locking works properly. It does have a few marks – scratch on rear bumper (pictured), small dent on tailgate (just about pictured), some very small parking dents down the sides and small marks commensurate with age but nothing noteworthy (I’m being very picky here, overall it does not look like an 18 year old car!). The gearchange is typical of an 18 year old PSA car and if I were keeping it I would change the linkages and the bushes (I did fit a new top engine mount a couple of weeks back which sharpened it up quite a bit – the mount wasn’t cracked either which is a common problem). However overall it drives really well and is in way above average condition for its age – just not concours; basically it’s an 18 year old car, so come with that in mind and you won’t be disappointed. I would always much rather you came to see it before bidding but I realise this isn’t always possible so I have tried to describe it as accurately as possible, my feedback rating should attest this. Relisted due to time waster, please only bid if you can collect within 3 days 1997 Peugeot 306 Gti6 For sale is my 306, I bought the car with the intention of using it as a rolling project, unfortunately work has taken over and I can’t give it the time it deserves. It has 125000 miles, mot till december, scorpian back box and decat, open cone filter, standard apart from these items. Also comes with a spare standard centre section and cat. The 306 has stacks of history, previous owner has informed me that it had an engine rebuild by Larton engine developments at 112,000, unfortunately the receipt is missing, but it does look like a fresh build. Cosmetically the car could do with a tidy up, laquer peel and paint flaking on the front bumper and dents on the bonnet, also the exhaust is blowing and there is a small oil leak under the car. I drove the car to dorset last weekend and it was fine, could do with the wheels balancing as there is a bit of wheel wobble. I am selling the car as a project and am hoping someone will restore it to it’s former glory. Please don’t expect an as new example as it is almost 20 years old and needs some love. For sale Peugeot 306 GTI6 in Silver. MOT oct 2016 Brought about 3 months ago to cover the period of having my mazda turbo off the road for a rebuild over the winter. Has run lovely, and been a great little car. have done the front balljoint just after getting it and got tracking done.work done just before i got it as well as came with new discs and pads, and notice to that it had fresh plugs and filters also, LOADS of Service history also. cambelt reciept shows the cambelt was done less than 20k ago. has Upgraded Suspension all round on coilovers. handles lovely. Scorpion Stainless Rear can.has got standard 306 drivers seat wear ( comes with seat cover) but apart from that interior is good.i have the green slip from when i got it and the new keeper will just have to fill out a v62 form but there will be no cost as have the green slip to send in with it to get v5. Lovely fun car. Open to Viewings and to say mileage will change as is still used daily till its sold as will be required to go now too cover my mazda insurance.
