Welcome to my auction. Offered here is a rare and increasingly sought after car, namely a Peugeot 306 GTi6. Launched in 1996, this is widely regarded as the last decent hot hatch that Peugeot made until a very recent return to form. It is also one of the last of those cars that offer a really analogue experience, with a strong punchy engine, relatively light weight and very fluid handling. This particular example is even rarer in so much that it is a 2000 model on an X plate and finished in what I consider to be the best colour, Moonstone Blue. Delivered from the factory with the following specification: Half leather/alcantara seats 6 speed gearbox Electric windows and mirrors Electric glass sunroof Remote locking 15″ ‘Cyclone’ alloy wheels This car is unusual in that it has not been modified in any way. Many are transformed in to track cars (which is a worthy use for it) but now they are getting thinner on the ground it will be the original cars that increase in value. It even has the original dealer plates and dealer sticker in the rear window. It was due to it’s originality and the low mileage that I was attracted to it and I had full intentions on saving this one, but my full time job is becoming very busy and I need to prioritise that. When I got it, I had it MOT’d and fixed the minor issues that needed doing (broken spring and brake light switch) but its hardly moved since then and in fact it has barely covered any miles in the last 3 years having being owned by a gentleman who sadly passed away. His son then had it and intended to turn it in to a track car, but also didn’t get around to it so it stood for some time. Personally I think it is far too good to turn in to a track car, but you can make your own mind up on that. As it has been stood for so long, it clearly needs attention. Whilst it has 9 months MOT, personally I would replace all the brake discs and tyres as a starting point – the brakes passed the efficiency test but the discs are very pitted and don’t offer the sort of performance this car deserves. The clutch is also heavy which is not uncommon on these cars, so as a minimum the cable and bushes will need doing although I could live with this for a while. The exhaust has a small blow as well and finally, for piece of mind I would get the cambelt done. Bodywork wise, it is original and there is no evidence of paint or panelwork. However, it has its fair share of scrapes that would need doing to get it to a high standard example (I’ve taken photos of the worst offenders). Also the wheels are all in need of refurbishment. On the positive side, the engine is very quiet and clearly has not been subjected to a poor cambelt repair (easy to bend the valves on these). It doesn’t use oil, smoke or make any nasty noises – the only noise it makes is a lovely one as it pulls hard to the redline. The handling is still fluid and sharp after all these years and the gearbox changes nicely. Also, the interior is pretty good although the alcantara is wearing thin on the drivers seat but most I’ve seen are a lot worse than this. I really am disappointed I wont be able to bring this one back to it’s former glory (my cars are more of a hobby than a business and I love doing modern classics) but I do feel that someone with the right attitude and some time & money could turn this in to a belter. There is nothing that can’t be resolved pretty easily and you will have an appreciating asset on your hands. The auction is no reserve but I’d be happy to show people around the car and you can drive it to validate my description. 2000 gti 6 for sale.car was originally bought by a friend from pug performance in 2015, he ran it for 10 months and i bought it off him as a run around, previously owned 2 of these so couldn’t help myself. Ive had it since december 15, put 5000+ miles on it, but it has been sitting since the summer.Have just charged the battery, and taken if for a run, for the first time in 6 odd months. have noticed a couple of problems that will need sorting for mot, but i have another project that takes priority, so its time to let it go. Basics: No MOT/ Tax: 159265 miles: China blue: 7 former keepers The Good: 4 cyclone alloys (spare currently fitted as one tyre not legal): Heater matrix was changed by previous owner in 2015 : New catalyst and o2 sensor before MOT last year: Rear beam lowered: Windows work (common problem with 306s): decent amount of history The Weird: Front seats have been changed for full leather seats, rear seats are still half leather/alcantara in decent condition. : Passenger door key barrel doesn’t match key, (drivers door key barrel/ Central locking works fine.) Assume the passenger door has been changed at some point but the barrel wasn’t swapped at the same time. The Bad: Knock from front suspension over bumps: Exhaust blow, bought a used exhaust lat year, but now this one is blowing at the mid/back box.: Since parking the car up the clutch/accel pedals are stiff (assume its cables): A/C doesn’t work, (pipe snapped under radiator): dents and scratches of a 16 year old car (main ones are dent in boot and dent in O/S/F wing) 10 Miles from junction 10 m25YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY, NOT TO VIEW.CASH ON COLLECTION- NO PART EX/ SWAPS

Welcome to the sale of my Peugeot 306 GTi6 Track car. This is an extremely effective track car which is not only very quick and nimble, but extremely reliable and above all, great fun. I have done several track days at Castle Combe and Donington in the UK and also Spa in Belgium and Croix in France. It has performed faultlessly throughout, driving 300-400 miles on the track flat out all day, and then drive home. It uses very little oil, but is always maintained between track days regardless of cost, as reliability is paramount. It is not used currently between track days, but is enormous fun as a daily driver. It shows 90,008 miles, which looks about right, but cannot guarantee mileage. Peugeot 205 GTI 6 in Black. This car was formally a 1.9 so has disc brakes all around and electric windows. Interior is totally stripped out except for dashboard, carpet and NEW Sparco bucket seats and harnesses. Hi up for sale is my Peugeot 306 gti 6 1998, it has 108k on and drives and starts brilliantly, no engine noises or gear box problems this is a very straight well looked after car with no expense spared, recently had the cam belt and water pump changed last year with full service and new set of original main dealer discs and pads also had an original main dealer exhaust pipe fitted , my plan was to keep this car forever and put it all back to it original factory condition, the bad points are:- the roof lacquer is scratched, the passenger side electric window is jammed, the air conditioning doesn’t work, there is wear on the drivers seat and there is no stereo fitted, these are the only problems everything else works. Auction for my 306 gti-6. I have reluctantly decided to sell my car.the mot has expired.it has full and comprehensive service history. The cambelt,water pump and aux belt kit and crank pulley have all been done within the last 5000 miles.The aircon/climate control works perfectly and I have full history that runs to thousands of pounds for repairs and servicing.It has a custom cat back stainless exhaust that sounds nice but not too loud or droning on long journeys.Front tyres are almost new and rears good too.K&n filter in std airbox.Clutch cable replaced recently.The car has dings and scratches on the paintwork that are to be expected on a 19 year old car.It runs extremely well,starts immediately and the engine does not tap or rattle.If you want any more information call or text me on 0797157450 thanks steveOn 20-Oct-16 at 21:00:02 BST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the car also has had new alternator,starter and battery in last year and new indicator stalk too.

Completely Standard Well Kept Gti-6
Up for sale is my Peugeot 306 Gti-6, current milage on the clock is 133k (I’m still using this so will be slightly more). I bought this car a couple years ago with approx 111k miles on the clock and a snapped cambelt (due to the age of belt rather than excess of miles between changes) The guy who I had bought it from had it from new after leasing it for a while. I repaired the cylinder head which included machining the valves, replacing 8 exhaust and 2 inlet valves. Replacing all exhaust guides, Machining inlet and exhaust valve seats, full de-coke, stripping down all hydraulic buckets and inspecting along with skimming the head. Then a new water pump fitted along with the new cambelt and aux belt. This was all done by me personally as a side project at work. I also swapped recently bought parts off my old gti-6 which included genuine cat converter, pattern exhaust, map sensor, temp sensors, ICV, throttle position sensor and genuine gear linkages Since getting it back on the road 2 years ago, I have done roughly 22k miles in which time I have replaced; The rear beam with a new IMaxle unit, New rear wheel bearings,1 new rear brake caliper, (and checked through the other one). New copper and flexi brake hoses from fuel tank back . Brake discs and pads along with hand brake cables. On the front, I have replaced; Front calipers with 2nd hand units, and fitting genuine sliders,Brake discs and pads, flexi brake hoses. Track rod ends and droplinks.Accelerator cable I have also changed the oil and filters regularly (every 6-8k miles) There are a few ‘bad’ points all of which have been included in the pictures, these include; A little rust in the drivers inner wing under the A/C pipe, (pictured) this appears to only surface rust, so should clean up easily. This has been there since I’ve had it, I presume at some point there was a leak from the pipe above, however, there has been no sign of any leaks since I’ve owned it. A few small chips in the passenger door from being knocked in car parks A crack and scuff on the front bumper. Cyclones are not in the best condition Central locking works only by key in the door, if button is used to lock it just unlocks straight away, if you press to unlock it only unlocks passenger door and boot. There is some service history included, along with a few past MOT certificates, some invoices I’ve kept (may find more) Peugeot handbook, warranty booklet and key code numbers. And the “Certificate of Conformity” from Peugeot (pictured) along with the original invoice dating 3/7/2000 MOT until June 2017 Please bid to buy, sold as seen, viewing recommended.
