This is a surprisingly quick car. The only small fault in here is a small hole in the drivers seat fabric. All electrics work inc auto wipers and lights. Alloy wheels need a refurb. THE BODYWORK: Is in very excellent original condition for its age. No rust or lacquer peel on this car. Does have a couple of age related marks but they are that small they wouldn’t show up in a pic. Up for sale is my 306 Gti 6. I haven’t owned the car for long and intended to return it back to its former glory but unfortunately, my circumstances have changed. I’m currently using the car for my daily commute and can honestly say it runs fantastic. Plenty of power throughout the rev range and the 6 speed gear box is smooth and positive. It’s a real fun car to drive, even if it’s just back and forth to work. The car was modified by the previous owner and as a result it has been lowered on spax springs and shocks, a scorpion decat exhaust and a cone filter has been added. The car is on its original cyclone alloy wheels and has 4 nearly new toyo proxes tyres fitted. With the lowered suspension and these tyres the car really does handle like its on rails. There are a few bad points; the body work is a bit tatty and the drivers door has been replaced and sprayed in a slighter lighter blue and the drivers window does not work. The bumper has a slight crack and has been sprayed at some point. The drivers seat has the common tear in the bolster. Other than these small problems the car is in overall good condition and is ready to go to someone who has the time for it. It may also make a good track car for someone. I was told the cam belt was replaced last year but I have no proof of that. Thanks for looking. Any questions please ask. ?

This is the reluctant sale of my Gti6 as i need to pay my overdraft off. It drives great and is very reliable. It has 93500 miles on the clock and Mot to May 2018. I have had several other 306’s, including another gti6. A few months after the last gti6 was sold to get a van i started looking for a better example and found this. It needed a little tlc, as the last owner had not covered many miles and a couple of the brake calipers were seizing up. It had new calipers and pads where required and a new battery to bring it back up to good order. It has also had a recent alternator belt, centre and rear exhaust, door check strap pins and courtesy light switch. The previous owner had replaced all 4 tyres. The engine sounds sweet, pulls well and does not tap. At the last mot the tester said the rear axle was solid. The cambelt is recorded on a garage sticker under the bonnet as being last changed at 78094 miles. the previous owner has lost the service history book. There is 1 key. I have the V5 in my name. A previous owner has removed the air con as per the 306 rallye and also fitted rallye front fog light blanks. As common with diablo red 306’s there is some lacquer peel to the grille, small patch on boot lid and as pictured on roof. As the pictures show, it does still look very smart for a car that is almost 20 years old, but you will no doubt be able to find other minor bodywork imperfections. The recent exhaust is fitted slightly close to the axle, so will rattle on some bumps. Also the front wheels would benefit from being balanced. Any inspections are welcome before the auction end. Hello and welcome to my auction. I am selling my Peugeot 306 GTI-6 as I have no need for the car anymore. I bought the car a couple of months back as a temporary mode of transport to get me to work. I bought the car from an older chap that had only been using the car twice a year to go to Wales and back.The car was his “Baby” which he maintained himself and kept her stored in his garage. I am a Car Enthusiast myself and did some research into the GTI-6 to know what to look out for.The rear axle is in great condition, along with all the suspension.The rear arches are not rusted and a new inner arch liner has been fitted at some point to prevent rust. The car mechanically is perfect, no knocks, tapping ect ect. The engine feels/sounds like new still, during the time of me driving her the oil level has not moved from maximum.The only part that I can find that isn’t working is the Air Condition, everything still all works as it should. The Tyres and Brakes are barely worn, lots of life left. The interior is great condition, with no rips, no damage, no funny smells (smells like clean leather). The bodywork is pretty good condition for the age/mileage, but please see ALL of the photos as I have taken close ups of any imperfections. Imperfections are parking dings, little bit of surface rust around front and rear badges, slight tear in middle/bottom of rear bumper. Unfortunately the previous owner had lost most of the paperwork, there is a very small amount included. Please do not let this put you off though as this car has been very well looked after. MOT expires in December and I’m sure she will fly through! If I have missed out anything please send me a message and I’ll reply as soon as possible. PEUGEOT 306 GTI 6 FOR SALE Due to having 2 other vehicles and limited space I’ve decided to my 2001 China Blue Peugeot 306 Gti 6. I bought this car a few years ago after the cambelt snapped due to age of the existing belt. Repairs included new valves and guides, valve seats remachined, hydraulic buckets stripped down and cleaned, head face surfaced, new cambelt and water pump. I have also replaced the rear beam with an Imaxle unit along with brake disks and pads all round since then For it’s MOT this year, I changed the oil and filter along with new air filter, new fuel filter, 2 new rear tyres, handbrake cables, a new nissens radiator and a new Pug Racing Cat back exhaust system (standard cat converter still used). The car passed with no advisories. As for bodywork it’s in relatively good condition with the main problem being a crack and scuff on the front bumper (photo will be added) and the condtion of the alloys. There are few car park marks on the passenger door which i can provide a photo for if need be. 137k Miles as of auction start MOT until July 2018 Some service history and invoices but not complete. Been unsure whether to do this or not but just throwing this car out there for the moment to see what comes of it. 128500 miles, MOT May 2018 (all previous advisories now fixed) Has had a full service of all oils, filters and plugs in the last three months as well as being waxoiled underneath and new tyres all round so it wants for nothing, and the cambelt was done 15k ago. Mtec wheel stud conversion Mtec 20mm hubcentric rear spacers Exterior – Aftermarket front splitter Luke front tow strap Interior – Driftworks Cobra Imola driver’s seat Corbeau Club Sport passenger seat Corbeau Pro Team alloy driver’s seat subframe mount EARS LMS 5-point harnesses Aftermarket steering wheel Aftermarket steering wheel boss OMP Curved pedals Flocked dash Sector Racing door pulls Really enjoyed owning this car as its great fun and exactly what I was looking for when I was buying, it’s extremely healthy mechanically and I’m only thinking of selling this as I have a strong urge for another BMW! The engine pulls very strongly, all the gears are smooth, and the clutch is the nicest one I’ve felt on a 306 as well. The only two jobs I had left on my personal ‘to-do’ list on this if I was keeping it were;- to buy it some carbon door cards to quieten it down and neaten it up a bit inside, as its pretty bare other than the flocked dash- and also to either replace or refurbish/raise the rear beam as it knocks over larger bumps, although it drives absolutely fine as it is – I use it daily with no problems! The roof is slightly faded and the bonnet is a little bit faded and dented, but otherwise the car polishes up well for an 18-year old Cherry Red Rallye! Only other niggles to mention are that the windscreen wipers don’t auto-park and the heater hasn’t worked since I’ve owned it, I haven’t looked any further into either of these problems. The V5 suggests this car was a Cat D in the past, although neither myself nor the previous owner can see any evidence of damage or repairs. £1600, no offers. Located in Penzance, Cornwall but I do travel around a bit so I’m open to meeting a buyer half way if it roughly fits in with where I’m going! 🙂 Whilst I won’t move on the price at this spec, I am happy to talk about downgrading or removing certain parts if anyone wants it a bit cheaper! And as I mentioned, I’d like a BMW next (E36 328i ideally!), so if you have any swaps/px (within ebay rules, you buy mine I buy yours…) then please get in touch, and feel free to try and tempt me with other types of car as well if you like! 😛 Also please note that I’ll be out of the country from 1st-17th October so if it hasn’t sold by then, then no viewings can be arranged between those dates. Genuine 306 GTi 6, this car runs and drives.All extras such as electric windows, rain sensors etc, 167bhp, 6 Speed manual. Desirable China blue colour. Half leather and alcantara seats all present in good order. Spares or repairs. Not used on road for a few years, but has been stored in a unit. Was started to be track converted, but project now abandoned. Could be used for a 205 GTi conversion or similar. All interior is in the car in good order, with all the fasteners too. There is no headliner or carpets. Cracked windscreen Full V5, no other paperwork is with it. Reasonable condition, has dents and the wheels are corroded. MoT expired four years ago. Probably best suited to spares or track project. I will break if required. You will need to recover this, or put it on a trailer.
