Peugeot 306 GTI 6 for sale. Very good looking car for it’s age & an appreciating future classic car. The car has never let me down and has been my daily driver for over 2 years. Has recently had new back discs & callipers, drop links, tyres. New Cambelt, water pump and clutch kit were fitted by previous owner for me when I bought it. Car has done roughly 10,000 miles since then. Car drives really well only selling as I have bought a van.The car has a 170,000 miles on the clock but in the part service history there is a receipt to prove that the car had a new engine from a Peugeot main agent garage when the clock was showing 89,000.I have never had any problems with the car. Totally stock and original car
The DescriptionAn original and totally stock 306 gti6 with 80k mikes. The best service history of any car I have ever owned. I love paperwork and this car has every single receipt from every service and mot carried out. It even comes with the original sales letter from Peugeot Blackburn.I searched for over 2 years before finding this to add to my car collection. 4 owners from new including myself. I have owned it for over three years and have garaged it throughout this time. It has been thoroughly maintained by my local garage and has new tyres (plus spare set of winter alloys and tyres),New exhaust, completely new air conditioning system fitted, new radiator, new hoses, new bushes, belts, new Bilstein OEM shocks, new rear anti-roll bar, fully restored original (and rare) air intake complete with original under bonnet scope. It’s as stock and original as a car can be and as a car lover in my 40’s I only wanted the best one I could find. Unfortunately the time has come to sell my beloved Peugeot 306 GTI6 due to other projects the car is in amazing condition for age and mileage it is stored in a dry garage all year round as i havent had time to enjoy/drive the car, I have owned the car for about 10+ years and it has been an on goin project, its well looked after washed and polished on a regular basis Car drives and handles great! Rare Peugeot. One of the last phase 3 306 GTI-6. Runs superbly. Just had the cam belt, clutch cable and water pump all changed. In last 2 years its also had new heater blower motor, Lambda sensor, and ABS sensor. Has been very well cared for. Makes no ticking noise suggesting a failed cambelt before. Brand new Nankang tyres all round. Alloys in great condition. stainless steel exhaust. Underneath is in fantastic condition. No corrosion. No rust either on the body. Paint looks better in the pictures than in reality but certainly looks lovely from a few feet. Essentially the lacquer is peeling from some parts. Car is all original with working electric sunroof and windows. Even the keyless entry works with push button key. The car sports the rare dual light upgrade. seats are leather and suede and in good condition. Central locking works fine. So too the original radio and CD player. This is a very original car and only known problems, apart from the paint are the side airbag lights are on and will try and get this fixed before sale. Please feel free to ask any questions. Time has to come to sell my R reg 306 Gti6. Car has been in storage for 4 years with me hoping I will have the time to get her fixed up and used for track days, time has never come and life has moved on unfortunately. Purchased in 2011 from a guy with a new family who was sorry to see it go but needed something more practical-believe i am the 4th owner but not 100%- on 103k miles, she has been brilliant for all the time I have owned her and never put a foot wrong, no huge bills bar usual wear and tear of a hot hatch which was 13 at the time, have have been to the top of Scotland and the south of Devon without issue. I have had some electrical issues towards the end of driving before storage (AC does not work, and boot would not lock), otherwise all was well, until I was to bring back out and sort for the track and ensure everything was correct. As it has been in storage for so long it is sorn with now MOT/Tax so winning bidder will need to collect and tow aware due to the long time standing, please bear this in mind. Car was maintained regularly and any parts which needed doing where replaced, didn’t want for anything at the time.Car has done 180k mile but was driving well and pulling strong in gears, body work was showing age as can been seen in picture, only 1 spot of rust can been seen under the drivers window under the paint.Few stone chips and trolley dings but nothing major considering age.Some damage to rear bumper, one form me not noticing a bollard and the other i notice when returning to the car after shopping. As been said boot will need some attention as it does not lock, tried to fix the issue myself but never got round to completing. Also believe the clutch was starting to over rev (not 100% but trying to be truth as best i can) it was the original on as far as i can recall. Seats are in very good condition, drivers was re-upholstered not long after purchase and has held up well since, rear seats where very rarely used. Car does come with a folder full of bill and receipts going back to nearly new. Come and get an car which is getting rarer and one that is in desperate need of some TLC, you wont be disappointed. These are getting rare now and only going up in price. I am the third owner from new. Last owner owned for 17 years. One of the best colours in my opinion 122k with full history Belts done at 90k last year Completely standard example apart from hid headlights. Bad bits Has little bit of rust at bottom passenger door coming and a crack in passenger side side skirt to. Just had new centre exhaust section but seems to knock a little just needs adjusting. Crack at bottom of windscreen. Seats are worn same as pretty much every gti6 with the half leather Looking for a diesel due to change of circumstances07842559582
