Peugeot 306 Cabriolet For sale , a true one off Peugeot 306 Cabriolet 2.0ltr 132bhp , Designed by the legendary Pininfarina design studio. This becoming classic was made in the Psa factory in Poissy on 25th April 1997 ( The earliest recorded phase 2 known )Registered as new on 3rd June 1997 As a 306 Roadster ( 306 Roadster’s were essentially a 306 Cabriolet with a factory supplied hardtop and badge and registered as roadsters )at a premium of over £3000 above the cabriolet’s £21000 list price. Only 424 roadster’s where registered , with only 24 now licensed Between June 1997 and January 2006 this wonderful car had 6 owners until I purchashed it. Since buying the car in January 2006 I have spent over £10000 making it what it is today. After buying the car, I discovered that the there was no real information about these wonderful cars , so I set up the uk’s only Peugeot 306 cabriolet Club. I have only had to call the breakdown service out once , and that was for a flat tyre. BUT bear in mind this car is now 22 years old. 1997 Peugeot 306 XSI-6 ( gti6 full conversion ) This car started its life as a Diablo red 2.0 xsi. In 2003 it under went a full gti-6 conversion which consisted of All brakes, rear beam and suspension, front steering rack, etc. The car is not an official Peugeot registered GTI-6 but it is no different. • 111k miles •Custom respray in porche GT3 gloss orange •Corbeu reclining bucket seats in orange and black leather •Deep dish steering wheel with quick release boss kit •Clifford Remote start, starts on the button on remote. ( key can also be used ) •Front Adjustable coilovers •Straight through cat back cobra exhaust• 15” Lenso BSX alloys with X4 brand new tyres Donor engine had a rolling road of 198bhp but can’t prove it so not claiming any figures. Standard power is 167bhp. However this is a lot faster than a standard GTI-6. •Custom orange intake with cone filter The car starts stops and drives perfect, there are no knocks, bangs or smoke.No tapping or any noises that shouldn’t be there. The paint was done a long time ago but in my opinion it is a solid 9/10. There are a few marks and a dent on the bonnet. No front speakers or head unit Heaters are on constant. The fans work fine and it can be set them to feet/windscreen but can’t turn it to cold. It’s a solid car with age related wear and tear.There is NO STRUCTURAL RUST on the car. Only the usual surface rust on the beam and suspension components. Long mot till 14th May 2020

Peugeot 306 GTI 6 for sale. Very good looking car for it’s age & an appreciating future classic car. The car has never let me down and has been my daily driver for over 2 years. Has recently had new back discs & callipers, drop links, tyres. New Cambelt, water pump and clutch kit were fitted by previous owner for me when I bought it. Car has done roughly 10,000 miles since then. Car drives really well only selling as I have bought a van.The car has a 170,000 miles on the clock but in the part service history there is a receipt to prove that the car had a new engine from a Peugeot main agent garage when the clock was showing 89,000.I have never had any problems with the car. The time has come to sell my 306 GTI-6 race car. It is fully MSA prepared and has passed scrutineering with ease every time. If someone wants a cheap track or race car, this solves your problem. It passes noise test every time. It has a full OMP bolt in roll cage, OMP XL FIA seat, 6-point 3″ harness in date until 2021. Perspex windows all round. 4kg plumbed in fire extinguisher. New NS-2R tyres on the front and AR-1’s on the back [on Cyclone alloys]. I have another set of Cyclone alloys as well as Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tyres on 1.2 Dynamic wheels. The original dash is still in place as that is a requirement of the production class. The engine had a full chemical carbon clean in 2018. It was dynoed on the 750MC rolling road at Silverstone and still makes 163bhp. The engine is fitted with a new Jetex cone air filter.. The engine runs on Rock Carbon fully synthetic racing oil. I run EBC yellow pads on the front and standard pads on the rear. New discs were fitted barely 2 years ago and they have only done 7 races. There is a brake balance valve fitted by the handbrake.. Braided brake lines are fitted along with new silicone race spec fluid. A new starter motor was fitted last month. Alongside that, a new Yuasa battery was fitted. The car runs the 6-speed BE6 gearbox. The ECU was unlocked and the immobiliser discoonnected. This was done by AVILEC in the Isle of Wight [ I have the receipt for the work ] These engines will rev to 7000 on the standard cams. Pug-1-Off do a kit that uses the standard injection and ups the power to 197bhp. The car was fitted with new Koni Sport front struts and Eibach 30mm lowering springs last year. It has AVO shock absorbers on the rear and a bigger ARB. The car has been fitted with new OMP upper and lower strut braces. I was told that the previous owner had the rear beam re-built. I also have a spare 6-speed gearbox, cylinder head, driveshafts, coil packs, braided lines, gear linkages etc as spares. The car was on the road until 2014 when it was converted to a track/race car. It has a few minor marks from spirited racing; it is not a showroom car. It is there to be used ! No stupid or silly offers; it would cost you £4k + to build something like this. May consider swap for 1.6 Fiesta/1.7 Puma Track/race car WHY ??????You are welcome to come and view. I am happy to send you additional photos if you give me an e-mail address. No tyre kickers. I will consider a fair offer but no mickey takers !!!!!!!You will need a trailer to take it away or I may be willing to deliver it for a suitable fee.
